We offer a variety of services designed not just to meet your immediate computer technology needs, but to help you improve the way you do business, and lower your costs in the long run. We don't sell hardware directly, instead, in order to bring you the lowest price, we negotiate a lower price for you with Dell™, or one of our other vendors, and pass the savings along to you.
All of our work is performed through Requests For Services, which consist of two main structures: Fixed Price and Relationship.
Fixed Price: We give you a price or price range for the entire project, and stick to it even if the project takes more hours than included in the Request For Services. If the project takes less time, the minimum price is charged and the remaining hours can be used for other projects.
Relationship: Geared at building a relationship between our team and yours, we perform the work over an extended period of time with weekly or bi-weekly visits. You are billed for the hours included as they are used, thus avoiding a larger one time cost. The hours can be used as you see fit, or we will guide you along the path improving the way you use technology. Relationship Requests For Services tend to include more hours at a lower rate over a longer period of time, allowing us to become more familiar with your business and more effective members of your team.
